Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Appryze is a digital studio based in New Delhi, India, operating the brands Appryze Studio (design and development) and Appryze Growth (performance marketing). These terms govern your use of appryze.in and form the baseline for any services we provide. A signed proposal, scope document or statement of work takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

2. Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Content on the site is provided for general information; it is not professional, legal or financial advice. We may change or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

3. Enquiries, quotes and audits

Lead forms, free scope calls, free ad account audits and growth plans are offered without charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A project starts only after written acceptance of a scope and payment of any agreed advance.

4. Development services

• Projects are delivered against a written scope with a fixed price and timeline. Changes to scope are agreed in writing and may affect price and timeline.
• On full payment, you own the source code and deliverables created for you. Third-party libraries, platforms and services remain subject to their own licences.
• We publish apps on your own developer accounts wherever possible. Store review decisions and timelines are controlled by Apple and Google, not by us.
• A post-launch bug-fix period is included as stated in the proposal; ongoing maintenance is available as a separate agreement.

5. Advertising management services

• Management fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta, Amazon or other platforms through your own ad accounts, which you own and control.
• We follow platform policies and best practice but cannot guarantee specific results such as cost per acquisition, return on ad spend or revenue, which depend on market, product and budget.
• Either party may end a monthly engagement with 30 days' written notice.

6. Payment

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may pause work and accrue reasonable interest. Prices exclude applicable taxes (such as GST in India) unless stated.

7. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. We may list you as a client and describe the work in general terms unless you ask us not to.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the site or any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
